We are an independent technology and consulting company in renewable energy and energy efficiency. As Technical Advisors, the company offers expert technical guidance and due diligence services. Attached to it, 3E also offers SynaptiQ, a suite of software services that enhance the performance of renewable energy assets, and a range of Data Services including Solar and Wind indexes, forecasting services, etc.

Our clients are renewable energy project developers, energy utilities, asset managers, O&M companies, financial institutions and regional and international public authorities.

Function

3E’s Products Business Unit provides software-based solutions to monitor solar and wind assets, as well as Data Services. These solutions are offered in Software as a Service (SAAS) model and focus on improving the operational and financial results of our clients.

In order to boost our sales activities on the international market we are looking for an account manager or business developer with 5+ years of experience in sales of technical or software products for the Indian market.

In this role you will:

  • Infiltrate in the renewable energy software and data scene in order to identify, contact and manage new leads, translating them into effective sales.
  • Expand 3E’s existing network and customer base, by identifying, approaching and attracting new potential customers.
  • Represent 3E at fairs, conferences and events to source new potential customers.
  • Negotiate and close deals with customers at the highest level: executive management, IT management and other decision-makers.
  • Build a long-term relationship with customers, and help them tackle their challenges and reach their business goals.
  • Manage accounts, including forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, short-term, mid-term, and long-term opportunity management.
  • Provide accurate feedback and interaction with the technical development team to improve the product suite.

Profile

  • Experience in sales of technical engineering or software products.
  • Proven consistent track record of selling high-tech solutions to large corporations at the highest management levels.
  • Good knowledges about Indian market.
  • Experience in renewable energy and/or knowledge of the European solar/wind energy market is considered a plus.
  • Independency and autonomy to create and manage a strong customer network.
  • Willing to travel nationally and internationally.

Language

Proficiency in English is a must.
